◉ Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
◉ We confirm each order via call/sms or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representative if you are a new customer.
◉ Upon order confirmation through call, you will be provided with a tracking ID to track your order status.
◉ Delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or in case of excess demand.
Return Policy
We accept returns of unused, products with the original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Please follow these steps for returns:
◉ Return the items and include the reason for the return.
◉ Delivery charges, usually Rs. 250, are non-refundable.
◉ Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, or Store Credit.
◉ Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned items.
◉ Replacement deliveries incur a charge of approximately Rs. 250, which covers the cost of shipping both ways.
◉ Pack the items in their original packaging or as close to it as possible. A rider will collect the old parcel and deliver the new one.
